Mark T. Sadaka is an accomplished trial lawyer, who is nationally recognized as a leader in his field. His practice focuses on complex product liability, toxic tort, vaccine, business and commercial litigation. He is a tough and passionate advocate devoted to his clients.
His dynamic thinking and problem solving abilities are attributed to his educational and legal background. This unique foundation contributes to an unparalleled understanding of his craft. It is Mr. Sadaka’s belief that “if we can’t solve your complex legal issue then it is unsolvable”.
Born in Brooklyn, NY Mark Sadaka knew from a young age that he wanted to help others. While attending Penn State University he worked with AIDs patients in an infectious disease department of a large hospital. During this experience, Mr. Sadaka witnessed mistreatment and misunderstanding of these vulnerable patients. This further fueled his desire to help those who cannot help themselves.
After college, Mr. Sadaka earned a Master of Science in Public Health degree from Tulane University’s School of Public Health and Tropical Medicine with specialization in toxicology and risk assessment. While at Tulane he served as a science advisor for Tulane’s Environmental Law Clinic. This experience coupled with his inherent need to help the sick was the determining factor in Mr. Sadaka’s decision to pursue the practice of law.
Mr. Sadaka went on to earn his law degree from Washington University in St. Louis where he served as an editor of the Journal of Law and Policy. During law school, Mark Sadaka was designated a Public Service Scholar with Highest Distinction for his commitment to public service.
Mr. Sadaka’s practice is just as diverse as his hybrid background. His unique blend of science and legal methodology allows him to take a specialized and focused approach to each case he handles. His scientific training and analysis has made him a leader in litigating complex vaccine litigation, product liability, pollution and toxic exposure, personal injury, medical device and pharmaceutical cases.
Mr. Sadaka’s ability to effectively navigate through these complex matters has earned him numerous accolades, invitations for speaker engagements and most importantly, the loyalty and trust of his client
“I built my firm on the simple premise that helping people is its own reward.”
